Police investigating killing that was streamed to Facebook live

A 2-year-old Chicago boy's slaying was captured Tuesday on Facebook Live as the auto in which he, his pregnant aunt and her boyfriend were traveling was ambushed in what police said was a gang-related shooting. The Chicago Tribune reported that Takiya Holmes, 11, died Tuesday morning from wounds she suffered in a shooting on Saturday.

The attack is said to be gang-related and Breunna's boyfriend was reportedly a known gang member.

The 2-year-old boy was killed along with a 26-year-old man, who was the target of the shooting.

The woman was described by police as the boy's aunt, and the man's girlfriend. The 12-year old, Kanari Gentry-Bowers, was also shot Saturday and is now in critical condition at Stroger Hospital.

Syria talks in Astana 'to be held behind closed doors'
Jordan will also be represented by a "high-level delegation", government spokesman Mohamed Momani said. Disputes over the agenda have helped to torpedo previous rounds of Syria peace talks.

Paramedics were able to revive the boy when they arrived at the scene, but he died from his injuries shortly after.

At least four people have been wounded in shootings in Chicago since mid-afternoon Monday, according to police.

"Every parent, regardless of where they live, should be able to take their child for a walk to the park or a ride in the auto".

"I'm sick of it and I know Chicago is sick of it, and I just hope that our legislative partners are sick of it", he added.

Days Later, Knicks Lift Charles Oakley's Lifetime Ban
The Knicks subsequently announced Oakley was banned indefinitely from attending Knicks' games at Madison Square Garden. Michael Jordan participated in the discussion via telephone.

Chicago Police Superintendant Eddie Johnson said nobody was in custody but the department has several leads. Over the weekend, over 20 people were shot, with five fatalities.

"They shot us down!" the victim screamed to a woman, who could be heard asking, "Who?" "I can't go to the hospital ... this bullet in my stomach". "Call 911! They killed him..."

Police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi says the shooting happened at about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Little Village neighborhood on the city's West Side.

"Yes, you can", a woman said. Last year, the city had 4000 shooting victims and 762 homicides, a two-decade high. State police have said that the gun violence in the city is spilling onto the expressways. Earlier this month, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms confirmed that it was weighing adding more agents to the agency's Chicago field office.

Philippines natural disaster kills four on Mindanao
While Surigao City streets show few people, the damage of the 6.7-magnitude natural disaster is evident in many of its buildings. The late Friday quake with a magnitude of 6.5 roused residents from sleep in the province, sending hundreds to flee their homes.

The two-year-old boy, identified by USA media as Lavontay White, was shot in the head on Tuesday and died later at a hospital. The woman and the baby she was carrying, however, are both listed in fair condition by Mount Sinai Hospital and are expected to survive.
