Wisconsin governor cancels Easter egg hunt due to manhunt

Manhunt Continues for Wisconsin Man Accused of Stealing Guns, Sending Manifesto

Authorities have been searching for Jakubowski since April 4 when police say he burglarized a gun store and then set his auto on fire.

A man who's threatened churches, public officials and schools continues to elude authorities as a manhunt for Joseph Jakubowski extends nationwide.

More than 150 officers from local, state and federal law enforcement agencies are searching for him. "We had some clues going into this and that is why we're investigating, in hopes of stopping what could be a mass casualty event". Obviously, they bring people in to grocery stores when they're missing and all that kind of stuff.

A criminal complaint was filed Tuesday in Rock County Circuit Court against Joseph Jakubowski, 32 years old, that listed three charges related to the robbery in which he allegedly stole 18 guns from the Armageddon Supplies gun store in Janesville, Wis., on April 4.

"We received a letter from an individual purporting to be Joseph Jakubowski", said Lieutenant Phillip Carini, Waukesha County Sheriff's Department.

The arrest, coupled with little mention of schools in Jakubowski's manifesto, "should give some comfort to our communities and certainly give comfort to our schools because they appear to be two separate incidents that unfortunately happened on the same day", Moore said.

A video of Jakubowski mailing the manifesto was widely circulated earlier this week, in which he calls for a "revolution" during the 26-minute video at an unidentified postal location in Janesville. Law enforcement did not release that exerpt and will not do so due to the ongoing investigation.

They have warned that the fugitive is considered armed and unsafe and the public should not approach him.

ISIS now controls less than 7 percent of country: Iraq army
The eastern half of the city is now completely under the control of Iraqi security forces, Rasool said. ISIL's reach peaked in 2014 when it controlled nearly 40 percent of the country.

NBC News has not independently verified the document, but the Rock County Sheriff's Office said in a statement Wednesday that "investigators believe that the media obtained a partial copy of the document Jakubowski mailed to President Trump".

"Stop whatever you're doing, whatever you're thinking, put everything down and call 911", he said. He also claims that government and religion are the same thing.

But investigators do not have a copy of the document that WTMJ TV says it has, said Cmdr.

The FBI also announced it was increasing the reward for information on Jakubowski's whereabouts from $10,000 to $20,000.

Sergio Garcia wins first major in dramatic playoff at the Masters
Both players hit it close at the par-3 16th, but Rose rolled in his birdie putt and Garcia missed. Garcia's win at the Masters was his 18th appearance at the tournament.

Investigators say that as of Wednesday evening they've received roughly 700 tips and with authorities now following up on 130 tips.
