Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein says there's no cause to fire Mueller

Trump friend Mueller'illegitimate as special counsel

"I'm not going to follow any orders unless I believe those are proper and appropriate orders", he said. So that is what I would do. He added later: "As long as I'm in this position, he's not going to be fired without good cause", which he said he would have to put in writing.

"If there were not good cause, it wouldn't matter to me what anybody says".

At the time, Sessions said he was recusing himself only because he was involved in the 2016 campaign as an adviser to the Trump campaign. "Trump is definitely considering it ... it's not something that's being dismissed", Ruddy said. Even though it is reported that the president understands how risky firing Mueller will be, those close to him feel that Trump is "so volatile they can not be sure that he won't change his mind if he finds out anything to lead him to believe the investigation has been compromised".

Rosenstein's testimony comes amid public statements from Trump confidants that the American president is mulling removing Mueller from the investigation.

Mr. Trump, Ruddy said, "was looking at [Mueller] potentially to become the next Federal Bureau of Investigation director".

He also opened the regular season on Montreal's top pairing with Shea Weber , but was quickly moved in favour of Alexi Emelin. Beaulieu's days with the Canadiens appeared to be numbered after the team signed KHL defenseman Jakub Jerabek back in May.

The report goes on to state that while Trump is suspicious of Mueller and that he is still furious with Attorney General Sessions for recusing himself from overseeing the Russian Federation probe.

Earlier this month, Rosenstein told The Associated Press that "if anything that I did winds up being relevant to his investigation then, as Director Mueller and I discussed, if there's a need from me to recuse, I will".

"The conservative firebrand cited Mueller's conflicts of interest with ousted FBI Director James Comey as reason for him to resign".

Democratic senators repeatedly criticized Sessions for dispatching Rosenstein to testify today in his place about the Justice Department's budget to an Appropriations subcommittee.

The report stated that Trump was angered when he learned of the relationship and made plans to dump Mueller before being convinced it would be a disastrous move.

Adding to uncertainty about the list, Franks was not on the baseball team. Hodgkinson was very anti-Republican and anti-President Donald Trump.

Mueller has been criticized by some Republicans who suggest he may have a conflict of interest because of his close relationship with former FBI Director James Comey, who was sacked by Trump in May.

Spicer, the spokesman, declined to say then that Sessions enjoyed Trump's confidence, though spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders said later in the week that the president had confidence "in all of his Cabinet".

Spicer had said that Ruddy was at the White House Monday to meet with White House aides, but did not speak with the president.

Hannity's comments come as The Washington Post reported on Wednesday Mueller, who was tapped to lead the probe into alleged ties between the Trump campaign and Russian election meddling, is investigating whether the president obstructed justice.

Coats met behind closed doors for more than three hours Thursday with the Senate intelligence committee, which is conducting a separate investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.

David Ige . "People come to Hawaii to enjoy its environment", Glenn said. "Climate change is real, regardless of what others say". The legislation came nearly a week after President Trump announced his intention to pull the United States out of the Paris pact.

The speaker listed the policy issues that congressional Republicans were focused on like a bill on the House floor this week to improve accountability for veterans' health care, telling reporters, "We are focused on solving people's problems".
